Processing Time
Upon order receipt, we process items within 2-4 business days, including production as many are made to order.

Once processed, tracking info is sent via email. Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days.

Contact support if your order hasn't arrived within 60 days from the purchase date.
Returns and Refunds
We cover return shipping for items not as described or defective. Items must be returned within 15 days.

Base rate + per-item fee:
- USA: $5.37 + $3.95/item
- Canada: $7.27 + $3.95/item
- Europe & UK: $6.95 + $3.95/item
- International: $8.47 + $3.95/item
Metal Art
Currently ships only within the USA, via UPS or USPS, with rates based on size.
Shipping Carriers
US: USPS First Class with tracking.
Canada: UPS, akin to First Class International.
Europe, UK, International: Landmark Global, akin to First Class International.
